CPPA provides evaluation
services for organizations
interested in program
improvement or outcomes
assessment. Utilizing
an assortment of evaluation
and analysis methods,
CPPA examines program
processes and provide
insights to improve
practices. We also provide
outcome evaluation measures
to show the impact of
programs.
The goal of the evaluation
depends upon the client's
needs. The results
can lead to greater
efficiency, a reduction
in program costs, funding
opportunities, synergies
among team members,
and greater satisfaction
for clients and employees.
At present, CPPA has
a several evaluation
projects underway including
the Utah State Office
of Rehabilitation Needs
Assessment, Benefits
Offset Demonstration
Project, and the Utah
City Benchmarking Project.
