Consultation with leaders and managers—we can listen, we can understand, we can be a sounding board, we can assist, we can offer advice, we can consider, and we can work to develop strategies that address organization, leadership and management challenges and opportunities.

Conflict management and dispute resolution services—we can help to reduce tensions between individuals or work groups and empower those involved with tools to recognize the problem as a mutual problem, identify the root cause and root cause solution strategy, implement the solution strategy and track progress to ensure a constructive resolution to the dispute.

Performance management—we can work within organization parameters to structure a developmental performance management program for members of the organization.  The program will align with strategic initiatives, encourage supervision in the development of management and leadership skills and empower each job incumbent in the realization of job outcomes and the continuous development of career skills and abilities.

Strategic planning—we can work to design a planning process and define planning outcomes that work for your organization.  Strategic planning may include development or reaffirmation of mission, vision and values statements; a review of mandates and related outcomes; an examination of internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats; then the identification of organization strategic issues, outcome requirements and action planning processes.

Program planning—we can work to develop methodologies to realize your organization mandates.  Program planning may include clarification of the mandate purpose, development of a vision of success, identification of those who can realize the mission, development of outcome measures and the provision of the means and methods to achieve the purpose.

Program evaluation—we can work to comply with mandates that require an independent means to evaluate the success of organization programs.

Facilitation services—where we work with established groups of people within the organization and assist in achieving the group purpose when we provide before, during and after meeting management methodologies; assist the group leader, and encourage constructive interaction between and among group members.
